The data centers listed below meet the AGU criteria for formal citation in AGU publications of data sets located within data centers, namely that (1) access to data should be unrestricted and at reasonable or no cost, and that (2) the data centers should be committed to the permanent maintenance of data sets within their mandate. The names have been abbreviated according to AGU usage within reference lists in articles published in AGU journals and books.
